An Aluminum PCB, also known as an Aluminum-Based Printed Circuit Board or simply an Aluminum-Clad PCB, is a type of printed circuit board that utilizes an aluminum base or core, rather than the conventional glass fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate. The aluminum acts as a heatsink, effectively dissipating heat generated by components mounted on the board, thereby providing improved thermal management.
